Melamine hydrobromate is mainly applicable to various PP Flame retardant materials dominated by homopoly PP and copolymerized PP. This kind of product has the characteristics of less addition, 1-2% addition, no need to add antimony trioxide, no precipitation, migration resistance and so on. It is an ideal flame retardant for flame retardant PP products such as European socket, automobile bellows, hollow plate, electrical framework, automobile connector, mining PP plate, heater shell and so on.
一、The PP Flame Retardant compounded with melamine hydrobromate has the following characteristics:
1. The addition amount is small. If the addition amount is 1.5% in homopolymer PP, the flame retardant grade can reach UL94 V2 (3.2mm, 1.6mm, 0.8mm);
2. It can be filled with 10-20% talc powder, barium sulfate and other inorganic fillers
3. Antimony trioxide does not need to be added and does not contain any heavy metals;
4. No precipitation, migration resistance, light and heat resistance, good stability, smooth and white surface, high gloss;
5. It does not contain organic bromine compounds and can completely pass the SGS and reach standard test
6. It hardly affects the transparency, so it can be used in transparent PP Flame retardant products to replace V2 flame retardant grade PA6 and other raw materials.
